The [Ministry of Energy's announcement for 21 October](https://www.gov.pl/web/energia/maksymalna-cena-detaliczna-paliw-obowiazujaca-21-pazdziernika-2026-r) confirms the date and that the caps apply at every filling station in Poland. That is **6 PLN more** for the same volume, and the same amount as a week earlier on 14 October. At the separately published net caps, the comparison is 4,428 versus 4,434 PLN.
