A dispatcher gets a searchable order list beside the map and can see where the day's work is going without opening every order separately. ## Monday, 7:15 The order list looks fine. One load is heading to Rotterdam, another to Vienna, and the next ends near Bucharest. Statuses are current, drivers are assigned and every deadline is visible. But the dispatcher still cannot answer a simple question: how do these routes fit together geographically? Will two trucks pass through the same area today? Which order ends close to the next pickup? Does a route avoid a stop that looked nearby in the list? Rows are good at describing one order. They do not show the shape of the whole day. That is the morning the new orders map was built for. ## Every route in one view The map collects visible orders from the selected period and gives each route its own colour. Loading and unloading stops use different markers, while nearby points are grouped so the map remains readable when the day gets busy. The list beside it shows the order number, contractor, time window, driver and vehicle. Clicking a card or a point highlights that order's route. When the dispatcher needs the full record, the order opens directly from the same view. For one-day and seven-day windows, LiteTMS draws the saved planned route. If an order does not have a calculated route yet, the map connects its stops so the dispatcher can still see where the work is taking place. ## The list and map answer different questions The list remains the quickest place to check an order number, status or contractor. The map takes over when the question begins with "where" or "which way". That is why the two views work together. Search by order number, customer, driver or vehicle. Narrow the map by status, vehicle group or orders that still have no assignment. Users with GPS permission can also add current vehicle positions. Planned routes and the live fleet then sit in the same view, with no need to jump between separate screens. ## A day, a week or the whole month The map opens on the current day because that is usually what dispatch needs first thing in the morning. The window can be changed to seven, 14 or 31 days, with controls for moving through consecutive periods just like the orders calendar. Status filters and search results update both the list and the map. A dispatcher can start with every order, then keep only work in progress or orders that still need a vehicle. An order without coordinates does not quietly disappear. It remains in the list with a clear note that it cannot be plotted yet. The team immediately knows which stop location needs attention. ## A working view, not a route presentation Coloured lines look good in a screenshot, but their job is to help dispatch make a decision. The map shortens the path from a geographical question to the right order. When someone calls about a route through Germany, the dispatcher no longer needs to open several records one by one. They can scan the routes, select the right card and move straight to the details. You will find the map inside **Orders**, under the **Map** button.
