Every company that registers itself on litetms.eu while the promotion runs gets it, counted from the day it registers, and there is no code to type. And when a company you sent your referral link to registers through it, your company gets a month free of charge for the referral. The video is narrated in Polish. ## A whole month of real work with your own fleet A transport system is best judged on real work, with your drivers, trucks, trailers and office team in it. LiteTMS bills those seats daily, on the number of active users, employees, vehicles and trailers above the free allowances. START takes that cost away for a full month. That is time for an ordinary month of your business, from the first orders to its last day. You add your team and fleet, run your own orders in LiteTMS with your own drivers and trucks, and then decide calmly whether the system fits the way you work. ## Where START applies START covers companies that register themselves on litetms.eu where self-service signup is open, such as the Polish site. The English site does not offer self-service signup yet, so START cannot be joined through it. To start with LiteTMS in English, [join the onboarding list](/en/#waitlist) or [contact us](/en/contact). ## Your starter month, step by step The month starts on the day you register and runs to the day before the same date of the next month. A company that registers on 13 October has it through 12 November. It covers every self-service registration, whether or not a code was entered. The **Billing & Usage** page shows the date in its **START promotion** card: the **Your starter month** step says when it ends, and the **A month for a referral** step next to it shows what you get for a company you refer. A company that registers through someone's referral link gets the same starter month. The referral does not change its rules. ## A month for a referral Every active company on LiteTMS has its own referral link, including companies that have used the system for years. You find it in the Admin Panel, on the **Billing & Usage** page, in the **START promotion** card (people with access to billing see it). The first time, click **Create my referral link**, then **Copy link** and send it to the company you want to recommend LiteTMS to. The link ends in a code made of START and six characters. When the company you referred registers through your link, your company gets a month free of charge for users, employees, vehicles and trailers. We add it right after that registration, within a day at the latest, as long as your account and your link are active at that point. That month starts the day after your current free period ends, or on the day it is granted if none is running. If you refer a company before your own starter month is over, the referral month follows straight after it. A second company of the same owner, with the same email address or phone number, earns nothing. The card shows your link until the first company registers through it. From then on it recommends the partner program in its place. There is no prize draw and nobody has to tag a friend in the comments. You earn the month for one specific company that registered through your link. ## More companies to refer? The partner program Next to the referral link, the card recommends the [partner program](/en/partners) from the start. It is the route for businesses and people who want to recommend LiteTMS regularly. You introduce us to companies you know, and we handle the presentation, onboarding and support. You earn a commission on the real payments of the companies you refer, on terms agreed individually, with no targets or limits. The [Partner Program Terms](/en/partner-terms) set out the rules. A company that registers through a START link is not attributed to the partner program: a registration always carries one code. ## What START covers and what you still pay for START covers four kinds of seats: system users, employees (drivers and other staff), vehicles and trailers. While it runs, their tiles on the Billing & Usage page say "Covered by LiteTMS through …" with the covered date. Usage above the free allowances is billed as usual: file storage, AI, SMS, email, and map and speech services. Branches over the limit and any modules you switch on are billed too. Orders and contractors are always free on LiteTMS, with no limit. ## What happens after the free month When your starter month ends (followed by a referral month, if you earned one), users, employees, vehicles and trailers go back to normal billing: daily, on the number of active seats above the free allowances, at the rates in your price list. You see the rates and your current usage in the panel. The standard terms have no minimum term. ## How to get started 1. Where self-service signup is open, register your company on litetms.eu. Your starter month counts from the day you register. 2. On the English site, [join the onboarding list](/en/#waitlist) or [contact us](/en/contact). 3. Once your company uses LiteTMS, copy your referral link from the START promotion card and send it to a company you work with. ## FAQ ### Do I need a code for the LiteTMS START promotion? No. Every company that registers itself on litetms.eu while the promotion runs gets the free month, where self-service signup is open. There is no code to type. ### Does START apply on the English site? Not yet. START covers self-service registrations, and the English site does not offer self-service signup. To start in English, join the onboarding list or contact us. ### When does the free month start? On the day the company registers. At most three, one for each company that registers through your link. The limit is a safety net for a link that reaches several companies at once. If you have more companies to refer, we recommend the partner program. ### Do I get a month for another company of my own registered through my link? No. A referral earns no month when both companies share the account owner's email address or phone number. ### Can existing LiteTMS customers refer other companies? Yes. Every active company has a referral link, including companies that have used LiteTMS for a long time. It is on the Billing & Usage page, in the START promotion card. ### What do I pay for during the START promotion? Usage above the free allowances (file storage, AI, SMS, email, map and speech services), branches over the limit and the modules you switch on. Orders and contractors are always free. ### How long does the START promotion last? START can be paused or end for new registrations. From then on new companies no longer join and referral links stop working, but companies already in the promotion keep their free month and the referral months already granted.
