---

A transport order in LiteTMS can now hold a route plan that includes the driver's planned breaks and rests. This makes the estimated time of arrival (ETA) more realistic because the schedule includes more than driving time alone. We are also starting work on a TRAVIS integration. The goal is to let the office book parking that fits the route directly from the order.

## The order now shows more than addresses

The order preview keeps loading and unloading points, time windows, cargo and driver notes on the left. The map and the driver's day plan sit beside them. A dispatcher can compare the route with the requirements at each stop without moving between several screens.

The plan can start from a chosen date and time and take account of the driver's current day, service time at each stop and a time buffer. LiteTMS can insert breaks and rests automatically. When a different arrangement is needed, the dispatcher can add a break or rest manually at a selected place in the schedule.

The result brings the driving sections, stop service, breaks, rests and expected route end onto one timeline. It is saved with the order, so a colleague taking over the job sees the same planning assumptions.

## ETA improves when the whole driving day is in the plan

Route length alone does not answer when the truck will arrive. The driver may already have worked part of the day, a break may fall between two stops, and loading or unloading also takes time. Leave one of those elements out and the planned arrival moves away from the working day it is meant to describe.

The order plan places those elements on the same timeline. There is no need to add pauses in a separate spreadsheet or keep a second calculation on the side. When the start time, the driver's current state or the expected service time changes, the schedule can be calculated again.

ETA is still an estimate. Traffic, the actual duration of loading and unloading, and events on the road can all change the arrival time. What the plan provides is a better operating reference than adding up driving minutes alone.

## The next step is parking that fits the route

A longer trip needs more than a time reserved for rest. The driver also needs a suitable place to take it. Today, parking search and booking usually happen outside the order even though LiteTMS already holds its route and schedule.

We are starting work on an integration with TRAVIS. The intended flow is straightforward: find parking that fits the route and book it from the transport order without entering the same transport context again.

This is a development direction, not a released feature. TRAVIS parking booking is not yet available inside an order, and we are not announcing a launch date. We will share progress as the work moves through its next stages.

## We are building the order around the real job

A transport order should connect the initial plan with the decisions a driver and the office need on the road. Break and rest planning is available now. Parking booking through TRAVIS is intended to become the next part of that same workflow.

## FAQ

### Does LiteTMS include breaks and rests in route planning?

Yes. The route plan inside an order can insert breaks and rests automatically, or a dispatcher can add them manually at a selected place in the schedule.

### Is the ETA in an order a guaranteed arrival time?

No. It is a planning estimate based on the route and the inputs provided, including the start time, the driver's current day, breaks, rests, time buffer and service time at stops. Actual conditions can shift the arrival time.

### Can I already book TRAVIS parking from an order?

Not yet. We are starting work on an integration intended to find and book parking that fits the route from the transport order. We are not announcing a release date at this stage.

### Is the driver's break plan saved with the order?

Yes. A saved route retains the driver plan settings, so the schedule can be restored and recalculated when the order is opened again.
