LiteTMS is a cloud transport management system (TMS) for European road carriers and freight forwarders. It keeps orders, planning, drivers, vehicles, subcontractors, documents and order finances in one workspace, with the LiteTMS Mobile app for drivers and office staff. Orders and contractors are free and unlimited, and everything else is billed pay-as-you-go. ### Who is LiteTMS for? Road carriers and freight forwarders in Europe, from small fleets to mid-size transport companies. Dispatchers plan and follow orders in the browser, drivers work in LiteTMS Mobile, and owners see the revenue, recorded costs and margin of each order. It is a TMS, not a freight exchange or a warehouse system. ### How long have you been building software for transport companies? We have been building software for transport companies since 2017. First came LogisticsERP. It gave us years of direct contact with the market and showed us what transport teams really need every day. ### Is LiteTMS a new version of LogisticsERP? No. LiteTMS was built from scratch. LogisticsERP gave us experience, not a codebase. You can stop in any month; the terms explain how you take your data with you. ### How does the pricing actually work? Orders and contractors are free and unlimited. You pay for active resources (users, employees, vehicles, trailers and branches beyond the free allowances), for the modules you switch on, and for paid services when you use them, such as AI, SMS or selected map services. Rates and current usage are always in your panel. ### Why do you believe pay-as-you-go is fairer? Transport is not equally busy every month, and a fixed package is priced for capacity you may not use. Here the bill follows what is active and what you use: resources are counted day by day, and paid services are charged when used. Orders are never charged, so fewer orders alone do not change the bill; fewer active resources or less paid usage do. The full rate card is in your panel, and every charge shows up there as it happens. ### Will my drivers need training? Usually very little. Drivers open LiteTMS Mobile, see the orders assigned to them and tap one button per status change. Where the signal drops, the update waits on the phone and syncs when the connection returns. Walk one driver through a real order first, then roll it out to the rest. ### Is LiteTMS GDPR / RODO compliant? LiteTMS is built and operated under EU rules by a Polish company, CodeJungle Sp. z o. o. The Data Processing Agreement is concluded when you accept the terms, core hosting and storage are in the EU, and where selected suppliers process data outside the EEA, it happens under GDPR safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. The privacy policy and the DPA list the details. ### Can I customize it for how my company actually runs? Yes. The AI Builder turns a plain-language request (“I need a tab for ADR permits” or “track tyre rotations per truck”) into a tab with fields, filters and reports that you review before you use it. No developer needed. ### What if I already use another TMS? Run LiteTMS alongside it during the free trial. Start with one lane or one dispatcher, and keep one system as the source of truth for that work.
