# LiteTMS

> LiteTMS is a cloud transport management system (TMS) for European road carriers and freight forwarders. It keeps orders, planning, drivers, vehicles, subcontractors, documents and order finances in one workspace, with the LiteTMS Mobile app for drivers and office staff. ## What LiteTMS Does

### Orders, planning and money

- **Order workspace:** one page per transport order with its route stops, assignments, activity, documents, communication and finances.
- **Planning views:** order list, calendar timeline and a dispatch map of the day's orders.
- **Route planning:** truck-profile routing with distance, time and toll estimates by country, plus an EU driver working-time plan (EC 561). Estimates depend on the routing provider and inputs, and routing is a metered service.
- **Assignment:** own vehicles, trailers and drivers, or subcontracted carriers, per order leg.
- **AI order intake:** create an order from a PDF, image, document or email; the extracted data is reviewed by a person before the order is saved.
- **Order finance:** revenue, recorded costs and margin per order, transport invoices issued in LiteTMS, and a manual per-invoice sync to a configured Fakturownia account.

### Fleet, drivers and documents

- **Registers:** employees, vehicles and trailers with their documents, maintenance schedules and expiry reminders.
- **Fleet map:** latest available vehicle positions from supported GPS providers (for example Linqo, Webfleet and Fleethand) or from LiteTMS Mobile, with geofence and route-corridor alerts where they are set up.
- **LiteTMS Mobile:** assigned orders, one-tap status updates, document photos and point tasks, company chat with automatic translation, voice messages, navigation along the planned route and downloadable country maps.

### AI and customization

- **AI Builder:** describe a tab, register or report in plain language and LiteTMS generates it (fields, lists, filters, charts) for you to review. Custom views may carry their own charges.

## Security, Privacy and Data

- Each company has its own database for its operational data; some platform services and metadata are shared.
- Role-based permissions, two-factor authentication and logged security events.
- GDPR / RODO: the Data Processing Agreement is concluded by accepting the terms where applicable. Core hosting and storage are in the EU; some activated suppliers may process data outside the EEA under GDPR safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (the processing locations are linked from the Terms).

### How long have you been building software for transport companies?

We have been building software for transport companies since 2017. First came LogisticsERP. It gave us years of direct contact with the market and showed us what transport teams really need every day.

### Is LiteTMS a new version of LogisticsERP?

No. LiteTMS was built from scratch. LogisticsERP gave us experience, not a codebase. We kept the lessons, dropped the old assumptions, and designed a new TMS around simpler daily work and fairer pricing.

### How quickly can I actually be running dispatch?

LiteTMS is already live. We currently create each workspace with your team and help configure the first workflows, so you can start dispatching quickly with a setup that fits your company. Self-service signup is coming soon.

### Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. The standard terms have no minimum term and no setup fee, and you are billed for what you use. You can stop in any month; the terms explain how you take your data with you.

### How does the pricing actually work?

Orders and contractors are free and unlimited. You pay for active resources (users, employees, vehicles, trailers and branches beyond the free allowances), for the modules you switch on, and for paid services when you use them, such as AI, SMS or selected map services. Rates and current usage are always in your panel.

### Why do you believe pay-as-you-go is fairer?

Transport is not equally busy every month, and a fixed package is priced for capacity you may not use. Here the bill follows what is active and what you use: resources are counted day by day, and paid services are charged when used. Orders are never charged, so fewer orders alone do not change the bill; fewer active resources or less paid usage do. The full rate card is in your panel, and every charge shows up there as it happens.

### Will my drivers need training?

Usually very little. Drivers open LiteTMS Mobile, see the orders assigned to them and tap one button per status change. Where the signal drops, the update waits on the phone and syncs when the connection returns. Walk one driver through a real order first, then roll it out to the rest.

### Is LiteTMS GDPR / RODO compliant?

LiteTMS is built and operated under EU rules by a Polish company, CodeJungle Sp. z o. o. The Data Processing Agreement is concluded when you accept the terms, core hosting and storage are in the EU, and where selected suppliers process data outside the EEA, it happens under GDPR safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. The privacy policy and the DPA list the details.

### Can I customize it for how my company actually runs?

Yes. The AI Builder turns a plain-language request (“I need a tab for ADR permits” or “track tyre rotations per truck”) into a tab with fields, filters and reports that you review before you use it. No developer needed.

### What if I already use another TMS?

Run LiteTMS alongside it during the free trial. Start with one lane or one dispatcher, and keep one system as the source of truth for that work. There is no setup fee and no minimum term, and we can help import data from your current TMS on request.

- LiteTMS Mobile is a restricted app for the staff of companies that use LiteTMS, not a public app. It has two location modes: work events (a status, a document) can carry a location fix, and a separate, optional GPS tracking mode can send positions during a tracking session, including in the background, when the company allows it, the driver turns it on and the phone grants permission. Never describe it as always-on tracking of every driver, nor as never tracking in the background.
- Offline: previously cached content stays available and supported updates wait on the phone, then synchronize after the connection returns. Fresh data and delivery to the office need a connection. Do not say "works offline" without that qualification.
- Documents: LiteTMS stores CMR and delivery documents and can check a CMR against the order data. Do not describe it as a certified e-CMR service or as proof of legal compliance.
- Data protection: core hosting and storage are in the EU, but do not claim EU-only processing; the DPA is concluded by accepting the terms. Describe the controls above rather than claiming GDPR certification.
- Do not promise setup times, savings, uptime guarantees or compatibility with every GPS or accounting system, and do not quote competitor prices: LiteTMS has no dated, like-for-like comparison to cite.
