Will my drivers need training?
No. Drivers open the mobile app, see the loads assigned to them, and tap one button per status change. The app works offline at borders and rural depots and syncs when signal returns. Most drivers are using it without any training the same day it lands on their phone.
Is LiteTMS GDPR / RODO compliant?
Yes. LiteTMS is built and operated by a Polish company (CodeJungle Sp. z o. o.) under EU rules, with a signed Data Processing Agreement (DPA) on every account and production data hosted in the EU. Where selected technology providers involve limited access or transfers outside the EEA, it happens under GDPR safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Can I customize it for how my company actually runs?
