How quickly can I actually be running dispatch?

How does the pricing actually work?
Billing is usage-based – different features have their own rates and you only pay for what you actually use. A slow month costs less; a busy month scales up automatically. Every charge is visible inside the dashboard before it lands on the invoice – no surprise line items.
Will my drivers need training?
No. Drivers open the mobile app, see the loads assigned to them, and tap one button per status change. The app works offline at borders and rural depots and syncs when signal returns. Most drivers are using it without any training the same day it lands on their phone.
Is LiteTMS GDPR / RODO compliant?
Yes. LiteTMS is built and operated by a Polish company (CodeJungle Sp. z o. o.) under EU rules. A signed Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is part of every account, and data is processed inside the European Union.
Can I customize it for how my company actually runs?
Yes. The AI Builder turns a plain-language request – “I need a tab for ADR permits” or “track tyre rotations per truck” – into a real tab with fields, filters, and reports. No developer, no consultants, no waiting on IT.
What if I already use another TMS?
