Poland's CPN fuel caps for 4 November 2026

Poland's fuel price caps for Wednesday, 4 November 2026 are 6.37 PLN/l for Pb95 petrol, 7.24 PLN/l for Pb98 petrol and 8.05 PLN/l for diesel, including VAT. All three are lower than Tuesday's caps. The prices were published on 3 November in Monitor Polski, item 1072. The Ministry of Energy confirms they apply on 4 November.

The official notice gives both amounts for each fuel. The caps apply at filling stations across Poland, where the pump price can be lower. Ministry of Energy announcement, 3 November.

Diesel sees the largest cut from Tuesday

The diesel cap falls 0.09 PLN/l including VAT, from 8.14 to 8.05 PLN/l. Pb95 is down 0.08 PLN/l, from 6.45 to 6.37 PLN/l, and Pb98 is down 0.07 PLN/l, from 7.31 to 7.24 PLN/l. 3 November caps, item 1065, 4 November caps, item 1072.

The past seven days and the series since 3 October

One notice set the same caps for Saturday, Sunday and Monday. The diesel cap dipped by 0.01 PLN/l on Tuesday. Wednesday brings the fifth consecutive cut since 28 October.

At 8.05 PLN/l, diesel is 0.23 PLN/l below its 28 October cap. It is still 0.17 PLN/l above the 7.88 PLN/l cap at the start of the October round. 28 October cap, 3 October cap.

A 600-litre diesel fill costs 54 PLN less at the cap

A carrier buying 600 litres of diesel at the maximum price on 4 November would pay 4,830 PLN including VAT, compared with 4,884 PLN at Tuesday's cap. The published prices excluding VAT give 4,476 PLN and 4,518 PLN, a difference of 42 PLN. When quoting a route, use the price and any discount you can get at the planned fuel stop. Use the invoice amount when settling the trip.
