Poland's fuel price caps fall to 6.12 PLN/l for Pb95 petrol, 6.80 PLN/l for Pb98 and 7.83 PLN/l for diesel, including VAT, from Saturday 7 November through Monday 9 November 2026. The Minister of Energy published the new caps on Friday 6 November. They take effect the following day and apply at filling stations across Poland. Petrol caps reach their lowest point since 3 October
Compared with Tuesday 3 November, the new Pb95 cap is 0.33 PLN/l lower and the Pb98 cap is 0.51 PLN/l lower. Diesel is down 0.31 PLN/l over the same period, to its lowest cap since 9 October.

What the new diesel cap means for a 600-litre fill
A carrier buying 600 litres at the diesel cap would pay 4,698 PLN including VAT from Saturday to Monday, compared with 4,746 PLN at Friday's cap. That's 48 PLN less for the same volume. At the published rates excluding VAT, the total would fall from 4,398 PLN to 4,350 PLN. Friday's caps, the new caps.
