TransLogistica Poland opens today at EXPO XXI in Warsaw, and the LiteTMS team is waiting for you in Hall 3 at stand P3 until Thursday, 5 November. We have one request: bring the worst order you've got. We'll drop it into LiteTMS and see together what AI makes of it.
The film is narrated in Polish, with Polish captions.
Bring the worst order you have
A crooked scan, an email forwarded five times, a photo of a sheet of paper taken in the cab: every forwarding office gets orders like these. Those are exactly the ones we want to see at the stand. One import takes up to eight files at once (PDF, JPEG, PNG, WebP, DOC, DOCX and EML), so the scan, the email and the photo can go into a single order draft.
AI prepares the draft, matches it to the contractors, places and vehicles already in the system, and shows what needs checking. How much it reads from your document is something we'll find out together: it is a draft, and the order is created only after you confirm it. Import works when AI features are switched on for the company, and each import is billed as AI usage. Our article on AI order import has the details.
From there we follow the order the way your office would: a route plan for the truck with the driver's breaks and rests, statuses and documents from the driver in LiteTMS Mobile, then the recorded costs and the result. Cover the customer's details first if you like; the course of the order is all we need. Our post before the fair describes each of these steps.
Drivers speak their language, the office reads its own
We'll also show voice messages from drivers. A driver records a message in their own language, Ukrainian for example, and LiteTMS turns it into text and translates it into the language of the person reading it. The office sees the transcript and the translation next to the recording. Transcription and translation are billed per use, and names, amounts and instructions in a translation are worth a second look.
Your own module, described in plain words
AI Builder is running at the stand too. You describe what you want to record, for example a workshop repair log with the vehicle, the date, a description and the cost, and AI prepares a first version of the module with fields and a list of entries. You check and adjust it before your team starts using it. AI Builder is being rolled out gradually, so on some accounts module creation arrives later, and custom views may carry their own charges. Our piece on AI Builder walks through it step by step.
