Remember three threes
Everything you need to find us starts with a three: 3 November, Hall 3, stand P3. TransLogistica Poland is the 13th International Transport, Logistics and Supply Chain Exhibition. This year it takes place at EXPO XXI, Prądzyńskiego 12/14, in Warsaw.
According to the organizer's practical information, visitors can enter on 3 and 4 November from 9:30 to 17:00 and on 5 November from 9:30 to 15:00. Badges are printed in Hall 4, so stop there before you head to Hall 3.
Entry requires online registration in advance. The organizer does not sell tickets on site, so sort it out before you travel.
What we will show at the stand
We would rather not explain LiteTMS with slides. We will follow one order from the email with the document to its settlement, the way it runs in a transport company's office.
- An order from a document. Drop in a PDF, a scan, a Word file or an email, and the system prepares an order draft with the customer, places and vehicle matched. You review it and only then create the order. Import works when AI features are switched on for the company, and each import is billed as AI usage. Read more in our post on AI order import.
- A route plan with breaks and rests. LiteTMS can insert the driver's breaks and rests into the plan, so you see when the route will realistically end. It is still an estimate, but a closer one. The details are in our post on more accurate ETAs.
- The driver in LiteTMS Mobile. The driver reports a status and completes tasks at a stop, such as photographing a document. The entry lands on the order with its time. This is how tasks at every stop work.
- Documents, costs and the result. The order holds its documents, the recorded costs and a result calculated from the freight rate and those costs. The more complete the costs, the closer the result is to reality.
New things are on the way
We are working on new things we want to show you in Warsaw. We are finishing the last details right now, so we are not giving them away yet. We would rather show them at the stand than describe them in an announcement.
Bring one of your orders
Conversations go best with something real on the table. Bring one of your orders, perhaps the one that caused the most trouble recently. We will walk through it together and see how it would look in LiteTMS. You can cover the customer's details beforehand; the course of the order is all we need.
