TransLogistica Poland opens tomorrow, Tuesday 3 November, at 9:30 at EXPO XXI in Warsaw, and the LiteTMS team will be waiting for you in hall 3, at stand P3, until Thursday. Register online before you set off, because the organizer does not sell tickets at the venue, and print your badge in hall 4 when you arrive.

Opening hours and registration
According to the organizer's practical information, checked on 2 November 2026, visitors can come in on Tuesday and Wednesday from 9:30 to 17:00 and on Thursday from 9:30 to 15:00.
Entry requires online registration. The organizer states plainly that there is no ticket sale at the venue, so there is no box office to fall back on. The registration page also shows a higher price from 3 November for several ticket types. If you have not registered yet, do it tonight.
How to find stand P3
EXPO XXI is at Prądzyńskiego 12/14 in Warsaw. Start in hall 4, where the organizer prints visitor badges, then head to hall 3 and look for LiteTMS at stand P3. If you need a coffee or a meal on the way, the food points are in halls 2 and 4.

AI in LiteTMS at the stand
In October we said we were putting the finishing touches to something new. At the stand we will focus on where AI in LiteTMS helps day to day: the order that arrives by e-mail, and the record your team still keeps in a spreadsheet.
An order draft from a customer e-mail
A customer sends an order by e-mail, or as a PDF, a scan or a Word file. You drop it into LiteTMS, and AI reads the document and prepares an order draft. It matches the contractor, places and vehicle against the data you already keep, and each field shows whether it was matched. The order is created only after you have checked the draft. The import works when your company has AI features switched on, and each import is billed as AI usage. The details are in our article on AI order import.
Your own module, described in plain words
In AI Builder you describe what you want to record, for example a workshop repair log with the vehicle, the repair date, a description and the cost. AI prepares a first version of the module with a form and a list of entries, and you check the fields, adjust them and only then share it with your team. AI Builder is being rolled out gradually, and custom views may carry their own charges. Read more in our piece on AI Builder.
Bring one of your own orders
Real jobs make for better conversations than slides. Bring one order, on paper or as a file, ideally one that caused trouble recently. We will walk through it together in LiteTMS. You can cover the customer's details first; the course of the order is all we need. See you tomorrow in hall 3.
